The Retrograde Resolutions Challenge

A free 5-day email challenge that teaches you to stop blaming the planets for life feeling chaotic so you can take control and make intentional changes.

Look, Mercury didn’t ask to be anyone’s scapegoat. Now’s the time to admit what’s actually happening: your relationships have changed, you’ve lost parts of your life you never imagined would vanish, and you’re not fully confident in your own identity.

The Retrograde Resolutions email challenge starts on October 30th and runs through November 3rd.

Imagine being able to reconnect to your free will no matter how much chaos is happening around you:

When you learn how to revive your connection to your personal agency you get to do things like:

  • Get curious about what’s behind all the chaos you’re noticing in your life

  • Use your observations to pinpoint where you can start experimenting with your choices, boundaries, communication, etc.

  • Re-evaluate how you’re currently living out your own values

  • Give yourself space to actually feel and process any feelings of fear, frustration, or confusion about all that’s changed in your life without your say-so

  • Reframe change as something to play with rather than something to fight back against

Retrograde Resolutions is a free, 5-day email challenge that helps you break the habit of waiting on the universe so you can start making intentional changes today.

What the Retrograde Resolutions Challenge Includes

So you know exactly what to expect.

Day 1: Why Free Will Sometimes Feels Slippery (and How to Pick it Back Up)

It’s not just you (I promise). We all have moments where we honestly forget that we have the ability to make choices.

You’ll start to view this amnesia for what it is (a built-in, self-protection mechanism) so you stop shaming yourself when it happens and know exactly what to do to reengage with your free will.

You’ll also receive a link that gives you access to a free 7 day trial of the Living Your Afterlife Membership.

Day 4: From Resolutions to Reality

Instead of simply thinking about your resolutions, you’ll craft a plan to actually experiment with them in your day-to-day life. Because it’s one thing to think of a resolution and it’s another to actually see what it’s like to put it into practice.

You’ll learn how to collect data about your resolutions instead of putting pressure on yourself to execute them perfectly from the very beginning.

Day 2: What to Do When Life Feels Ass Backwards

Because mercury only looks like it’s moving backwards during this time and your own life is the same way.

You’ll learn to reframe those moments where it seems like you’re losing momentum so you can better track where you’re actually breaking cycles.

Day 5: Getting (and Going) Direct

Every retrograde period comes to an end eventually. But what comes next?

Instead of treating this as a time to throw your resolutions out, you can use it to pick up some momentum.

You’ll receive ideas for how to keep said momentum going so you can head into the remaining months of the year with a clear plan for where you’re heading.

Day 3: Flipping the Script on Resolutions

Many of us are used to resolutions being something we create at the start of the year (only to feel like shit about ourselves when we forget about them come February).

You’ll be introduced to a lower-stakes version of resolutions that allow you to have flexibility while still moving closer to whats most important to you.
