It seems like everything has fallen apart lately—and while other people in your life don’t see how much you’re struggling, you know you don’t want to keep going through this alone.

But first, you’ve got some questions, like:

  • “What the hell are psychospiritual workshops?”

  • How is a clinical consultation different from business coaching?” and

  • Is this actually going to help me?”

The good news is that I have answers!

I’m a licensed therapist in the states of Colorado and Oregon but here at Living Your Afterlife, I’m operating as a guide, consultant, and facilitator. This means our spaces will not include:

  • Providing diagnostic assessments

  • Treating clinical mental health conditions

But I will be:

  • Facilitating community workshops to help you deconstruct rigid dogmas and reconnect with animist traditions.

  • Providing clinical consultation for therapists looking to integrate psychospiritual and decolonial lenses into their own work.

I’m an intuitive, multi-hyphenate creative who knows what a relief it is to be supported without being forced into a particular mold.

And you can listen to these conversations to hear more about how I break out of the molds others have tried to place me in:

How to Regulate Your Nervous System

And while I love all things nervous system regulation, I don’t meditate all day long.

If I’m not meeting with clients you can catch me:

  • Picking up my latest holds from the library

  • Communing with the goats at my local farm

  • Doing deep dives into my spiritual practices of my ancestors

  • Catching up on all the laundry that hasn’t folded itself yet

I’m also a big fan of:

  • Being the silliest lil goose

  • Inhaling deep fried gluten free Oreos

  • Binging folk horror movies

  • Singing a song-of-the-day to my senior cat, Ambrose

I’ve been living my own afterlife for a hot minute.

Between a handful of near death experiences,  several unexpected life changes, and a couple dark nights of the soul,  I know what it means to reinvent yourself (over and over and over).

But I also know how hard it can be to pick yourself up after a long string of disappointments. It’s why I believe so strongly in the power of relationships. Because doing this alone is possible, but rebuilding your life with support is so much more enriching.

Not only will you have me in your corner, but I’ll help you get reconnected to the natural world, your ancestors, and other relationships in your life.
