Greeting Your Grief
A Fall Equinox Gathering
Grief is often one of the first experiences we’re taught suppress. So we mentally check out, tense our bodies, and blink just a little bit longer to stop the tears from falling. Whether you’ve been feeling disconnected from your grief, or simply want to be in a space where it will be honored, there’s space for you here.
Imagine if you could reject the lessons you were taught about suppressing your grief.
As we approach the Fall Equinox, nature offers us countless examples of how to:
Slow down after burning out at your dream job
Reset after taking a leave of absence from school
Process our fears after receiving a new chronic illness diagnosis
Re-evaluate how we present ourselves after coming out later in life
Create safety after leaving a high-control religion or cultish environment
Greeting Your Grief is a free, virtual event combining restorative energy work and reflective journaling to help you safely access, honor, and move with (instead of against) your unexpressed grief.
Together we’ll explore:
Restorative energy work designed to release tension while softening toward your grief
How the descent into the darker months offers a mirror for processing invisible losses.
Practical tools to help you identify what you’ve been forced to suppress and how to honor your personal ghosts without judgment.
A plan to help you enter the fall months with less fear of your own feelings and more self-compassion
All for free!

Nope! While I’m a licensed therapist, this event is not therapy. And because it’s not therapy, that means you can attend this event no matter where you live!
That said, f you’re looking for 1:1 clinical support and you’re in Colorado or Oregon, you can check out my therapy offerings. If you’re located in another state, I recommend searching for a therapist using Reclamation Collective or Inclusive Therapists.

You can! As always, I protect your privacy and will never identify you as a client.
